• Payment data: When you upgrade your plan, Stripe processes your payment information securely. We never store or access full card details.
• Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics (via Vercel, Supabase, and cookies) to understand performance, fix bugs, and enhance features.
• Content data: Any contract text or input you provide is processed temporarily by our AI models (Claude or OpenAI) to generate content. We do not store or reuse this data for model training or future analysis.
• Support data: If you contact us via email or chat, we retain the correspondence to resolve issues.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use personal information only for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Providing access to your Accordio.ai account and dashboard.
• Generating contracts, summaries, and AI insights on your request.
• Sending service emails, updates, and reminders related to your account.
• Improving reliability, speed, and user experience across the platform.
• Preventing fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your personal data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers located in the European Union. Authentication is handled through Google and LinkedIn’s encrypted systems.
Temporary AI data (the content you generate) is deleted automatically after processing. We retain minimal logs for debugging and security, usually less than 30 days. You can request complete deletion of your account and related data at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate safely and efficiently:

• Supabase – authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe – billing and subscription management.
• OpenAI / Anthropic (Claude) – AI text generation under strict confidentiality.
• Vercel – hosting infrastructure.
• Webflow – marketing website CMS and analytics.

Each of these services complies with the GDPR and maintains independent privacy policies that govern how they handle your data.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses functional cookies to remember sessions and preferences.
We also use limited analytics (Vercel Analytics or Plausible) to monitor website performance without tracking individuals. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

6. Data Security

We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication, and restrict employee access to personal data.
While no online platform is 100% secure, we continuously monitor for unauthorized access, apply regular security updates, and follow best practices for GDPR and ISO compliance.

Accordio.ai is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to remove it.
